Class of 2017 Graduation & Awards Dinner
The St Patrick’s Technical College Class of 2017 Graduation & Awards Dinner will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Friday 17 November 2017. This formal night brings together the entire College community to celebrate the achievements and acknowledge the successes of our latest class of graduates.
During the evening, all graduating students will receive their Certificate of Completion plus a formal School Leaver Statement. Where available, students will also receive their TAFE SA Graduation Parchments and Statements of Attainment.
As well as celebrating students’ graduation, our Annual Awards will be presented throughout the evening.Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, the St Patrick’s Technical College Awards comprise over $10,000 in cash and prizes. Apprentice of the Year and Student of the Year awards are in given in each of the College’s program areas plus major awards that recognise outstanding performances across the entire graduating class.
Tickets for the Class of 2017 Graduation Dinner are $80 each which includes a two course meal and soft drinks. Alcohol will be available for purchase on consumption, with valid identification required upon request.
To order tickets, please download, complete and return a Graduation Dinner Ticket Order Form to the College by Friday 11 August. No payment is required at this stage and there is no limit to the number of tickets able to be purchased.
Please note that students attending are required to purchase a ticket.
Payment by credit card may be made by completing the appropriate section on the Order Form. Alternatively, should you wish to pay at a later date, cash, credit card, cheque and EFTPOS payments can be made in person at the College Administration during office hours, and credit card payments can be made over the telephone.

Please note, families who are not up to date with school fee payments and wishing to order tickets for the Graduation Dinner will be placed on a hold list until fee payments are made in accordance with the Contract of Enrolment or any payment plan established with the College.
Full payment of Graduation & Awards Dinner tickets must be received by Friday 20 October.
Tables at the venue will be set for ten people. If you wish to be seated at a table with, or adjacent to, another family, please indicate this in the space provided on the Ticket Order Form. The College will do its best to satisfy all seating requests.
Conduct and dress code
The Graduation & Awards Dinner is an official College event and a formal occasion with a number of invited guests, industry partners and sponsors in attendance. All guests are therefore expected to conduct themselves throughout in a manner commensurate with the formality of the evening. The dress code for the event is formal (i.e. no jeans or sneakers). Male graduates are expected to wear a jacket and tie; female graduates, cocktail dresses.
A formal group photograph of the graduating class will be taken at 6:30pm. The official photographer will then be available throughout the night. Guests will be provided with information on how to purchase images direct from the photographers on the night.
