1000 reasons to celebrate at St Patrick’s Technical College with the official sign-up of three school-based apprentices with employer Century Engineering Pty Ltd in Edinburgh North.

Year 12 students Jordan Ranasinghe, Charlotte Simmons and Christopher Skelton share the title of 1000th Apprentice, a remarkable milestone for the College.

Facilitated by local apprenticeship support network MEGT Australia, the sign-up is also a unique undertaking for Century Engineering, taking on three apprentices at once in the trade of welding.

The apprentices will undertake a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication while studying Year 12 with the College and working towards gaining their South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).
